Introduction
Brekky is live analytics for websites and mobile apps. Paste a snippet, watch visitors land on your dashboard, and track the events that matter.
Brekky keeps setup small on purpose. You create a project, pick your platform (website, iOS, Android, or a mix), install the tracker, and events show up in your dashboard within seconds.
What you get
- Live view: see who is on your site or app right now, with a geo map by country.
- Stats: pageviews, visitors, sessions, bounce rate, top pages, referrers, and devices.
- Sessions: every visit in your date range, with a timeline of events and device labels like "Chrome on macOS".
- Visitors: people across visits. Open someone to see all their sessions and what they did.
- Events: see what you track today, browse events by category, and follow setup guides for signups, purchases, and identity.
- Funnels: define conversion paths (signup, checkout, content flows) and see where people drop off. Reports use preview numbers until live funnel analytics ships.
- Team access: invite teammates with owner, admin, member, or viewer roles.
- MCP: connect Cursor or Claude with a personal token so agents can read your projects and create apps. They cannot ingest or change events. See MCP.
Supported platforms
- Website via

What it is / is not
Public name: BrekkyMetrics. Docs still say Brekky in places. Same product.
- Is: live product analytics (unique visitors in the last five minutes, Stats, Sessions, Visitors, Events, Referrals, team). Web snippet plus Node, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Android SDKs with the same event names. Privacy-first first-party tracking. Hosted SaaS. Free to start. Custom events on Free. Paid plans for higher volume. Funnels on Starter+.
- Is not: Google Analytics, an ad network, or a cookie-consent CMP. Not session replay or heatmaps. Not self-hosted. Not a data warehouse or a notebook-style product analytics suite. Funnel reports use preview numbers until live funnel analytics ships.
How data flows
- Your app or site sends events to the Brekky ingest endpoint with a write key.
- Events are stored in your project and tied to visitor, session, and optional user IDs.
- The dashboard reads from Supabase and updates live stats in realtime.
Automatic events
Websites get page_view on load and SPA navigation. Mobile apps should fire app_open after init. Everything else is custom via Brekky.track().
